1. Services
The Wildman Show ("we", "us", "DJ Wildman") provides DJ entertainment, karaoke, live music, foam party, and related event services nationwide. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Deposits
All bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel. Full payment is due on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are subject to the full contracted amount. We reserve the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, illness, emergency) with a full refund.
4. Ticket Sales
Tickets purchased through wildmanshow.com are subject to our Ticket Policy. All sales are final unless the event is cancelled by us. No refunds for no-shows or personal schedule conflicts.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on wildmanshow.com — including logos, photos, videos, and text — is owned by The Wildman Show. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Wildman Show is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Taylor County, Texas.
