All ticket purchases are final at the time of transaction. By completing your purchase, you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein.
A digital receipt and confirmation will be emailed to the address provided at checkout within 15 minutes of purchase.
Your receipt includes a unique QR code that serves as your official entry credential. Guard it — do not share it publicly.
Tickets are issued in the name of the purchaser. Photo ID matching the name on the ticket may be required at entry.
The Wildman Show reserves the right to verify identity at any point during the event.
Duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be voided without refund. Only the first scan of a QR code will be honored.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a ticket purchase is completed.
This policy applies to all ticket tiers: General Admission, Reserved, Floor/Pit GA, VIP, VIP Platinum, and VIP Table.
Tickets are non-refundable even in the event of personal schedule conflicts, illness, travel issues, or change of plans.
In the rare event that The Wildman Show must cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, venue closure, natural disaster, government order), ticket holders will be offered a credit toward a future event of equal or greater value. Cash refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
Partial refunds for unused ticket tiers or early departure from an event are not available.
Tickets may be transferred to another person at the sole discretion of the original purchaser.
To transfer a ticket, contact The Wildman Show at least 48 hours before the event via email at [email protected] or by calling (325) 204-6847.
The new ticket holder must present valid photo ID matching the transferred name at entry.
Unauthorized resale of tickets above face value (scalping) is strictly prohibited and will result in ticket cancellation without refund.
Tickets sold or transferred through unauthorized third-party platforms are not guaranteed valid and will not be honored.
The Wildman Show is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
DJ Wildman tickets are sold exclusively at licensed, authorized venues nationwide. This includes concert halls, event centers, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, private event venues, and any establishment that has entered into a venue agreement with The Wildman Show.
Tickets are NOT sold on street corners, from individuals, or through any unauthorized party.
Authorized online sales are available exclusively at www.wildmanshow.com/tickets and through The Wildman Show's official ticketing partners listed on the tickets page.
Bar and nightclub venues that host DJ Wildman events may sell tickets at the door subject to availability. Door pricing may differ from advance pricing.
Venue capacity limits are strictly enforced. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry if the venue reaches maximum capacity before your arrival — arrive early.
Each venue operates under its own rules regarding age requirements, dress code, and conduct. The Wildman Show is not responsible for venue-specific entry denials.
Doors open at the time stated on your ticket. Latecomers are subject to entry at the venue's discretion.
All attendees must comply with venue rules, local laws, and the direction of event staff and security at all times.
The Wildman Show and its venue partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event for disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behavior — without refund.
Re-entry policies vary by venue. Check with venue staff upon arrival.
Recording of the performance for personal use is permitted. Commercial recording, live streaming, or broadcast of the event without written consent from The Wildman Show is strictly prohibited.
The Wildman Show is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at any event.
Your QR code is your ticket. Present it on your phone screen or as a printed copy at the venue entrance.
Each QR code is unique and single-use. Once scanned at entry, it cannot be used again.
Do not screenshot and share your QR code. If your QR code is used by someone else before you arrive, entry will be denied without refund.
If you lose access to your ticket email, contact The Wildman Show at (325) 204-6847 with your order ID and photo ID to verify your purchase.
QR codes are valid only for the specific event, date, and ticket tier shown on your receipt.
The Wildman Show uses secure ticket validation technology. Altered or duplicated QR codes will be detected and denied.
All ticket sales are processed through One Pay ACH — a secure bank-to-bank payment system. Funds are deposited directly to The Wildman Show DJ Service account.
By completing a ticket purchase, you authorize the ACH debit from your bank account in the amount shown at checkout.
ACH payments typically clear within 1–3 business days. Your ticket is confirmed immediately upon successful payment initiation.
If your ACH payment is returned or reversed for any reason, your ticket will be voided and you may be subject to a returned payment fee.
The Wildman Show does not store your bank account information. All payment data is handled securely by One Pay.

VIP, VIP Platinum, and VIP Table packages include specific amenities as described at the time of purchase. Amenities are subject to change based on venue capabilities.
VIP meet & greet opportunities are subject to DJ Wildman's availability and event schedule. The Wildman Show will make every reasonable effort to honor meet & greet commitments.
VIP Table reservations are for up to 6 guests. Additional guests beyond the stated capacity are not permitted at the table.
Bottle service included with VIP Table packages is subject to venue alcohol policies and applicable laws. Valid ID required for all alcohol service.
VIP packages are non-transferable except as outlined in Section 3 of this policy.
Unused VIP amenities (e.g., arriving after meet & greet time) are forfeited without compensation.
The Wildman Show reserves the right to modify event details including lineup, set times, and venue layout without notice.
In the event of a full cancellation by The Wildman Show, ticket holders will be notified via the email address on file within 24 hours.
Postponed events: your ticket is automatically valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket per Section 3.
The Wildman Show is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by ticket holders in connection with any event change or cancellation.
Force majeure events (acts of God, government orders, natural disasters, pandemics) release The Wildman Show from refund obligations. Credits toward future events will be offered where possible.

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the event date.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Taylor County, Texas.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this Ticket Policy.
The Wildman Show reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs your transaction.
