Re-auth platforms, connect Eventbrite, and sync Google Calendar events.
FACEBOOK + INSTAGRAM
Re-auth all pages + pick up linked @dj_wildman_texas
Before clicking: Make sure @dj_wildman_texas is linked to The Wildman Show Facebook Page in Meta Business Suite → Settings → Instagram accounts. This OAuth run will also refresh tokens for Reasal Baucum, Wildman Karaoke Party, and 325 Photo Booth.
THREADS
Connect @dj_wildman_texas Threads account
Threads uses Instagram OAuth. Make sure @dj_wildman_texas is linked to the Facebook Page first (step above), then connect Threads. Once connected, swag deals and upcoming events will auto-post to Threads.
EVENTBRITE
Google Calendar → Eventbrite auto-create (every 30 min)
Get your Private Token from eventbrite.com/account-settings/apps → API Keys → Private Token. Your Organizer ID is the numeric ID in your Eventbrite organizer URL.
Once connected, Google Calendar events auto-create on Eventbrite every 30 minutes. Events are published immediately and linked back in social posts. Each event is only created once (dedup by UID).
@dj_wildman_texas — posts via Facebook Page token
Instagram posts go through the Facebook Page token. After linking @dj_wildman_texas in Meta Business Suite, re-running Facebook OAuth above will also reconnect Instagram. Swag deals, upcoming events, and daily posts will then auto-publish to Instagram.
