School Event Service Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between The Wildman Show DJ Service ("Service Provider"), operated by DJ Wildman, Abilene, Texas, and the undersigned School District or Campus ("Client").
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Service Provider agrees to furnish professional DJ and entertainment services as specified in the attached Event Order Form, including but not limited to: DJ performance, MC services, sound system, and lighting equipment as selected.
2. RADIO-CLEAN MUSIC GUARANTEE
Service Provider guarantees 100% radio-edited, school-appropriate music for all school events. No explicit content, profanity, or age-inappropriate material will be played. Service Provider reserves the right to decline song requests that violate this policy.
3. INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE
Service Provider carries General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Client as additionally insured will be provided no later than 14 days prior to the event upon written request. W-9 form available upon request for vendor registration.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due upon signing to secure the event date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods: check (payable to The Wildman Show), ACH/bank transfer, or approved school district purchase order.
5. TRAVEL & SETUP
Service Provider includes travel within 150 miles of Abilene, TX and one night lodging in the package price. Setup begins minimum 90 minutes before event start time. Client is responsible for providing adequate electrical access (minimum 20-amp circuit).
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations by Client: The 50% retainer is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the full contract amount is due. Cancellations by Service Provider: In the event of an emergency preventing performance, Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to provide a qualified substitute and will refund all payments if no substitute is available.
7. CONDUCT & AUTHORITY
Client's designated event coordinator has authority to direct song requests and event flow. Service Provider will follow all campus policies and administrator instructions regarding content, volume, and timing.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Taylor County, Texas.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document, together with the Event Order Form, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
