FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.
Do you travel outside of Abilene?
Yes — I serve all major Texas markets including Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Travel fees apply for events more than 100 miles from Abilene. Contact me for a custom quote.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and proms, I recommend booking 6–18 months in advance. Popular dates (May, June, October, December) fill up fast. Corporate events can often be booked 60–90 days out.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit secures your date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. In the rare event of a cancellation on my end, you receive a full refund plus a $500 inconvenience credit.
Do you provide a contract?
Absolutely. Every booking includes a detailed service contract outlining the scope of services, timeline, equipment, and payment terms. You can review and sign digitally.
Can I provide my own playlist?
Yes — you get unlimited access to the digital music planning portal where you can build your Must Play list, Do Not Play list, and special moment songs. I blend your requests seamlessly into the flow of the night.
What happens if your equipment fails?
I carry full backup equipment to every event — backup speakers, mixer, laptop, and cables. In 29 years and 1,200+ events, I have never had a show-stopping equipment failure.
Are you insured?
Yes — I carry full general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue as additionally insured, which most venues require.
Do you do destination events?
Yes. I have performed events across all 50 states. For destination events, travel, lodging, and per diem are added to the package price. Contact me for a custom quote.
