How the Automation Works
- Welcome fires automatically when you mark a lead as Booked or Deposit Paid in the CRM pipeline.
- Questionnaire fires automatically when the event is 58–62 days away (scheduler runs every 6 hours).
- Balance Reminder fires automatically 13–15 days before the event. Includes a direct Square payment link.
- Countdown fires automatically 1 day before the event with arrival/setup logistics.
- Review Request fires automatically 10–36 hours after the event via SMS (or email if no phone).
- All touchpoints are deduplicated — they never double-send on restart. Use "Force Resend" to override.
